ShieldPOS is an iPad point of sale for the marijuana industry.
Distinguishing itself from other marijuana point of sale apps, ShieldPOS is both exceptionally user-friendly and designed with comprehensive, compliance logic built-in.
As the cashier, the process is streamlined: select products, verify customer by government id, accept payment by cash, debit, credit or ShieldPay ACH transaction, and look up previous orders and returns.
From a compliance perspective, all data is tracked securely across all Shield locations. Through the customer verification process, the cashier is automatically prompted when a customer is attempting to purchase more than what is legally allowed per municipal and state law per timeframe.
All customer data is tokenized and encrypted to ensure data security while maintaining tracking benefits for compliance purposes.
